Funding Awarded to our programs

We are so grateful to have once again been awarded funding support of our programs by the Grace Dart Foundation.

Their support of our Senior Support Program since 2019 has allowed us to not only continue with the support of our seniors, but also grow what we are able to offer, such as hand-delivered care packages throughout the pandemic and during the Christmas season as well as at-home functional fitness sessions. With renewed funding, their meaningful impact on our seniors’ daily lives will continue for this new 2023-2024 year.

The Grace Dart Foundation also provided funding towards our new Oral Hygiene Clinic at the St. Andrew’s Residential Centre last year. This support allowed us to get our program off the ground and helped provide much needed care to the residents at no added cost to them and their families. It also allowed us to better assess the needs and challenges of providing good oral care in long-term residences. Their renewed and increased support of our program for 2023-2024 will allow us to continue to grow what we offer the residents by scheduling additional oral hygiene clinic days per month.
