The Senior Support Program focusses on helping seniors age in safety with independence and dignity by creating individualized strategic plans and solutions for a variety of situations.
A plan for aging. Not sure what the future holds? We can help establish a plan for healthy aging, obtaining services in your own home or assist you in looking at seniors’ residences. You may also contact us on behalf of your aging parents or family member.
Recent diagnosis or surgery. We can help you access the care and support that you need during your treatment or rehabilitation and follow you during recovery.
Support for caregivers. Are you a primary caregiver? We can help you evaluate day centres and options for respite. Caring for your loved one means also caring for yourself and avoiding burnout.
Medical appointments. Navigating the complexities of the healthcare system can be challenging. We can assist you in coordinating your appointments, keep out of town family updated and accompany you to your doctors when needed.
