staff appreciation bbq

For the second year in a row, we hosted a lunchtime staff appreciation BBQ to thank all staff for their hard work. While most of our work focusses on the Foundation programs and support of the residents, we began staff appreciation initiatives during the pandemic. We feel that it is very important to thank the staff for the essential role they play in senior care.Held on a steamy hot day in July, staff were treated to hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, salads, chips, brownies and beverages. It was a lovely opportunity to see them on their lunch break and express our gratitude.
