funding support from grace dart foundation

We are thrilled to announce that for the 3rd year in a row, we have received funding from the Grace Dart Foundation. Funds directed to the Senior Support Program (SSP) will go towards the program’s operational expenses: direct support of our seniors by the SSP team and additional private services provided to our seniors in their own homes.

We are also extremely grateful that this year, the Grace Dart Foundation has extended their support to our St. Andrew’s Home Program. This additional funding will help finance the first year of our new oral hygiene clinic, as well as the other therapies we offer free of charge to residents of the St. Andrew’s Residential Centre.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the Grace Dart Foundation for their support and continued partnership with us in making a difference in the lives of our elderly and living out our motto of “Caring in Action”.
